We at Haad Al Hijama, feel that our service providers’ time should be respected.
Haad requires a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointments that need to be rescheduled.
We understand situations arise. However, 50% of the amount is non-refundable and if within one calendar year it happens more than once, we will charge 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
The second time a no-show or cancellation occurs the client will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Appointments may be secured with a valid payment mode on file.
Haad management will use reasonable discretion.
We take pride in, stand by, and guarantee our work at Haad Al Hijama.
If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution.
Our Haad management team is also happy to help provide other alternatives.
Client redo will only be honored if Haad is contacted within 7 days of the original service.
Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of the service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, Haad management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client.

CUSTOMER PERSONAL BELONGINGS POLICY
Haad Al Hijama and its staff are not responsible for any personal belongings that go missing or are damaged in any way.
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
We are a baby-friendly, breastfeeding friendly environment, but we ask that mobile children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety.
Only registered service animals are allowed into the salon during business hours.
